(525) Challenges in Management of Sexual Disorders in Rwanda

Abstract Introduction In Rwanda, it is not common to talk about sexual issues but these days there are remarkable increase in disorders consultations especially men where most complaining of erectile dysfunction followed by ejaculatory which make 10% public and 20% private urological consultations. Top causes psychogenic while organic include Diabetes mellitus post chemotherapy radiotherapy females. Most patients present late distressed desperate hence poor quality life. Objective Highlight the challenges management Rwanda Methods Narrative opinion. I will discuss details those from a perspective urologist interested medicine. Results There neither andrologists nor specialized therapist difficulty treating patients. exposed highly mediatized wrong information practitioners who use herbal medicines treat them without success them.
